DAY 1: Arrival at Amazonia
An English-speaking guide will meet you and the group at the airport of Puerto Ayacucho. Transfer by road (about 1hr30) to the river port of Samariapo where we embark a "bongo", traditional motorized boat of Amazonia. We will navigate on the Orinoco River and its tributaries (about 1hr30) to arrive to the Autana River. First contact with the Indian population "Piaroa", visit to the Boca de Autana Community where we set-up and have lunch. In the afternoon, we will go piranhas fishing. Coming-back in the afternoon, we will visit the community. Dinner and overnight in the camp with hammocks.

DAY 2: Cerro Uripica
Breakfast and outing by boat (about 3hr) on the Autana river to the Piaroa de Ceguera Community in front of the Cerro Autana. Walk of approximately 4hr30 roundtrip to the Cerro Uripica. Picnic lunch with a view on the vast forest. On the way back, we will visit the community where we will meet its inhabitants. We will then enjoy a well deserved swim in the river to finish the day. Dinner and overnight at the community.

DAY 3: Rapids "Raudales de Peresa"
Breakfast and outing by boat from the community Piaroa de Ceguera to the rapids "Raudales de Peresa" (about 30 min). Arrival to our camp located in the middle of the countryside. Walk on the riverbanks (about 1hr30) to the Caño Negro Community. Picnic lunch at the Piaroa Community and we will continue our walk (about 2hr roundtrip) to an observation point with an exceptional view on the Cerro Autana. Coming back to Caño Negro canyon, we will take a swim in the river close by the rapids. Return to camp "Raudales de Peresa" where we will dine and sleep.

DAY 4: River rafting on rapids
Breakfast and river rafting on the rapids before returning by boat to Port Samariapo (approx 4h). Picnic lunch on the riverbanks and return by road to Puerto Ayacucho's airport (possibility to book a hotel night if necessary to Puerto Ayacucho).
